I had a great time at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff, especially Roberto, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I did find the dining experience could use some improvement, particularly with breakfast options. The pool area is beautifully designed and great for relaxing, although it would be nice to see some more shade available during daytime hours.
